Toernich

Toernich (prononcé {{#ifeq:1|0|/tœʁ.niʃ/|[[Alphabet phonétique international|Modèle:Nobr]]}}, en luxembourgeois Ternech ou Täernech, en allemand Törnich, en wallon Tournich) est une section de la ville belge d’Arlon située en Région wallonne dans la province de Luxembourg.
C’était une commune à part entière avant la fusion des communes de 1977.

Le sous-sol est essentiellement composé d'argile dans la partie est du village et de sable à l'ouest.
Cours d'eau
La localité est traversée par deux ruisseaux qui y prennent leur source : le Brück et l'Odebaach<ref name=":0">Modèle:Ouvrage</ref>.
