Le Gouvernement de la Communauté germanophone de Belgique est l'organe exécutif de la Communauté germanophone de Belgique. Il est élu par le Parlement de la Communauté germanophone de Belgique.

Tâches

Les tâches de ce gouvernement sont définies comme suit<ref>Parlement de la Communauté germanophone en Belgique - Parlement & gouvernement</ref> :

  • le Gouvernement délibère sur tous les projets de décrets et d’arrêtés,
  • il propose la manière de dépenser les ressources budgétaires,
  • il élabore et organise la politique communautaire,
  • il exécute les décisions du Parlement.
